If you look carefully you'll see he IS genuinely riding brideless- its the string off his carrot stick that's tied around the horses neck,which is something a lot of NH students do when riding Brideless. This guy is very talented horseman and if you took the time to look into the theory behind NH you'd soon answer your own questions about the "utter domination". There's no rope, no bridle- just the truth... A very strong relationship based on love, language & leadership in equal doses...

I don't like to get involved in these arguments anymore, but you will find the same idea of a string, ring, or no bridle to communicate with a horse. As for this particular horse's play drive, I can honestly witness to the fact that not all horses look like bunnies when they are playing (It is really up to you where the line, which is fine, is drawn b/t a good and bad countenance).
